Two things you can do at the same time
You can be in favor of technological innovation that creates new efficiencies, provides worthy people with jobs and strengthens the economy. At the same time, you can also voice concern (even disgust) at allocation of vast amounts of capital to nascent businesses that primarily focus on development of consumer-facing entertainment products (toys).

It’s tough to write that second sentence in a thank-you note that comes after “Thank you for taking the time to talk with me about [blank].” In one such email today, I actually mentioned the tornado-strength winds we were experiencing on the day of our interview. “Hope a branch didn’t hit your car while you were driving home!”
